It's hard to describe in so few words what we experienced with Wild & Wonder. The trip to Iceland was a unique experience, with an itinerary that was organized but also flexible, where we connected with nature in an incredible way.
We'll set off on an unforgettable adventure circling Iceland over 10 days. We'll start in vibrant Reykjavik, with its rich culture and modern architecture, then head out to explore the striking nature of the Golden Circle, including Gullfoss waterfall and the Strokkur geyser.
From there we'll head to the Blue Lagoon to unwind in its geothermal waters, then continue south to see the spectacular black sand beaches at Vík. We'll go whale watching and chase the magical northern lights before wrapping up with the eastern fjords and the island's northwest, through epic landscapes and one-of-a-kind wildlife. A perfect blend of culture, adventure, and natural beauty (the route may vary depending on weather conditions).
Let the adventure begin! Welcome to Iceland, one of the most nature-rich countries in the world, with landscapes that are truly one of a kind. You'll land at Keflavik Airport (KEF), and our meeting point with the whole group will be at the hotel. We'll settle into our rooms and head out for dinner to get to know everyone before an early night, ready to kick off the adventure the next day.
Get ready to visit 3 of the most beautiful sites in the world along Iceland's Golden Circle. We'll make three major stops, learning the history and geology behind each one: the striking Gullfoss waterfall, the Strokkur geyser at Geysir, and the incredible tectonic rift in Thingvellir National Park. We'll head back to sleep in Reykjavik that night.
Get ready for a day packed with adventure! We'll take a full-day tour through some of Iceland's most incredible gems. We'll visit Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss waterfalls and the village of Vík, check out the famous black sand beach, and wrap up at Skaftafell National Park.
We'll set off from Vík í Mýrdal toward the breathtaking Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, where you can admire the floating icebergs. Next, we'll explore the magical Diamond Beach, famous for its ice crystals scattered across the black sand. At the end of the day, we'll head to Höfn to spend the night and rest up before our next day of adventure.
Today we'll explore the beautiful Eastern Fjords. We'll set off from Höfn and drive through stunning landscapes, with rugged mountains and quiet bays. We'll discover small fishing villages and enjoy one-of-a-kind panoramic views, on a day full of untouched nature and rural charm. We'll spend the night in one of the region's picturesque villages on the way to Egilsstaðir.
We'll head north from Egilsstaðir, exploring the impressive Lake Mývatn, known for its volcanic formations and rich birdlife. Then we'll visit the mighty Dettifoss waterfall, one of the most powerful in Europe. At the end of the day, we'll head to Akureyri to rest up before continuing the adventure.
We'll head from Akureyri to Húsavík, known as the best spot for whale watching in Iceland. We'll spend the morning on an exciting boat excursion, observing these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. After the experience, we'll take some time to explore Húsavík before heading back to Akureyri for the night.
Today we'll explore The Arctic Coast Way, a scenic route that takes us through northwest Iceland. We'll leave Akureyri and drive through striking coastal landscapes, passing small fishing villages, dramatic cliffs, and black sand beaches. At the end of the day, we'll head to our lodging in the Tröllaskagi region to rest up before continuing the adventure.
We'll leave our lodging and head to the Snæfellsnes Peninsula to take in Iceland's diverse natural beauty all in one area. We'll take in spectacular scenery of volcanic peaks, cliffs, golden beaches, and gleaming fjords, admiring dramatic mountains and volcanic craters, including Kirkjufell, known from the show Game of Thrones as "Arrowhead Mountain." We'll return to Reykjavik for the night.
If you've seen photos of Iceland, chances are you've seen photos of the Blue Lagoon — and today's the day you get to experience it yourself. We'll drive about an hour from Reykjavik to the Blue Lagoon, the most visited site in all of Iceland: natural geothermal waters heated by volcanic lava, reaching temperatures of up to 38°C. You'll have the chance to apply a silica face mask, use the sauna, and enjoy a complimentary drink before heading to the airport for your flight home.

It's hard to describe in so few words what we experienced with Wild & Wonder. The trip to Iceland was a unique experience, with an itinerary that was organized but also flexible, where we connected with nature in an incredible way.
Incredible and mind-blowing experience from start to finish. We covered a large part of Iceland and enjoyed every landscape, trek, and adventure through waterfalls and lots of snow. We walked on a glacier and at the end saw the long-awaited northern lights.
Incredible experience, I never imagined I'd enjoy and see so much on this trip. I wouldn't have been able to do this trip on my own, I recommend doing it with an agency like W&W.
We saw unimaginable things, breathtaking landscapes. Coming to Iceland means being ready to see something new every 10 minutes that blows your mind.
It's a really beautiful experience, we make the trip together, all of us. If you like adventure and seeing different things, it's an excellent trip.
Be between 25 and 45 years old, with valid travel documentation (a passport valid for at least 6 months from your entry date into the country). We'll guide you if you need to arrange a visa.
Given the nature of our adventures — constant transfers, packing and unpacking every day — we ask you to travel light: a small backpack or personal item, plus a 10–12 kg carry-on. If you prefer to bring a larger suitcase, any extra storage or transport cost is on you.
Message us on WhatsApp using the "Reserve your spot" button and we'll walk you through the form and deposit. As soon as your spot is confirmed, we'll send you the next steps.
You reserve your spot with $100 USD, which counts toward the final package price. The remainder is split into up to 6 payments on fixed dates, and must be paid off no later than one month before the trip. Cash payments are not accepted.
You book your own flights, but you'll get guidance from your experience coordinator once you've reserved your spot, including the recommended arrival airport. If you decide to fly in before or after the group dates, any extra costs are on you.
An experience coordinator follows up with you remotely before the trip (flights, visas, prep). A W&W ambassador travels with you in person and leads the group, and expert local guides join you on tours. The rest of the group is other travelers on the same date.
Our packages are built around well-located 3- or 4-star hotels, in twin rooms (2 beds) shared with another group member. Some packages include different nights, like camping or igloos, noted in the itinerary.
